Payment Policy

1. What are the payment options available on faballey.com?
   You can choose from the following payment options:
   
   • Credit card and Debit card
   • Net Banking
   • Cash on Delivery
   
   
2. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on faballey.com?
   You can be assured that Faballey offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the Net so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through us – we do not retain your banking information.
    
3. What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card, and the amount gets charged to my card but the order is not successfully placed?
   This is not likely to happen, but just in case it happens, please contact customer service and we will refund your money within 5 working days.
    
4. What is the process for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
   When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. Our Customer Care Expert will call to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact Customer Care on +91-120-4284504 to confirm the purchase within 24 hours of making the purchase. Failing to confirm the purchase will lead to cancellation.
    
5. Is there a purchase limit for a COD purchase?
   Yes, COD option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 10,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Creditcard/Debitcard.
    
6. How do I pay the courier person for COD purchase?
   Please pay the courier person in cash only. We do not accept cheque or DD.
    
7. Can I cancel my COD order when it reaches me?
   Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please accept the shipment when you get it as the courier person will not take the product back. In case you wish to return the product, follow the process outlined in the return policy.  Please note that failure to accept the shipment will lead to cancellation of COD facility on your account for all future orders.
